How can I keep informed about the newest developments regarding the corona virus?

On the website of the Canton of Grisons you find the latest information on the corona virus and the current measures. On this page we inform you about the meaning of those measures for your stay at PRIVÀ.

 

Which basic rules apply?

- Our precepts and the BAG's guidelines have to be followed at any time. We count on your self-responsibility.

- If you show any symptoms, you should not start on your journey.

- In all closed rooms it is mandatory to wear a mask. You can only take it off while seated or swimming.

 

Are all public areas / outlets (restaurant, sportshop, gym, swimming pool and kidsclub) open?

Our restaurant will open again on June 18th 2021, our swimming pool and kidsclub will open on June 26th 2021 and our sportshop will open on May 13th on selected days.

 

What happens, if I get covid related symptoms during my stay?

We recommend to do the Online Test to analize the symptoms and decide afterwards, if you have to be treated medically. We kindly ask you and your fellow travellers to avoid contact to other people and inform our reception staff via phonecall in case of corona-suspicion.

 

Can I cancel my holiday on short notice?

We recommend to book our cancellation coverage 14. If you have booked it and have to cancel your stay until 14 days prior to arrival, only the cost of the cancellation coverage will be charged. In case of a cancellation in less than 14 days prior to arrival or a booking without the cancellation coverage, our general terms and conditions apply.
