ADAPTER
Adapters are available at the reception. A deposit of CHF 20 will be put on your apartment. Please return the adapter to the reception at check out and the deposit will be taken off your invoice.
ANIMALS
Pets are allowed in certain chalet-apartments as well as in the restaurant, but not in the pool area. Our reception staff is happy to arrange a dog sitter for you if needed (a fee will apply).
BABY PRODUCTS
At the reception you can borrow various baby articles such as a bathtub, thermometer, potty, changing pad, diaper bin, night light or a stroller.
BABYSITTER
Do you need someone to look after your child for a few hours? Please contact the reception. Upon availability we can arrange a babysitter for you (a fee will apply). You are welcome to use our Kids Club. For more details please do not hesitate to contact our reception.
BANK
Graubündner Kantonalbank (GKB) and Raiffeisen Bank are right in Lenzerheide. Both of them are located on the main street Voa Principala.
BATH TOWEL
You can use the striped or the grey bath towels in your apartment for the infrared sauna or when visiting the swimming pool. Towels for the gym are located on-site.
BATHROBE
The use of bathrobes is included in the Penthouse category and in Chalets. In the category Superior & Deluxe bathrobes can be borrowed at the reception for a fee of CHF 25 for adults and CHF 12.50 for children.
BREAD SERVICE
You can pre-order your preferred baked goods until 3:30 p.m. and pick them up in the restaurant on the next morning after 8:00 a.m. More ingredients for a substantial breakfast can be found in our Mini Market.
BUS / SPORTS BUS
You can easily reach your desired destinations within Lenzerheide with the free sports bus. The station «Dieschen Sot» is located directly in front of the PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge. The bus does not run in the off-season, though. You can find the bus schedule in our information corner in the building Andrina.
CHILDREN
Our chalet resort offers a Kids Club with an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground.
DEPARTURE
The chek out time on your departure day is 10:00 a.m. We kindly ask you to put the used dishes in the dishwasher and bring your garbage to the recycling station.

FIRE
In case of fire please inform us immediately, using the SOS button on your phone (also beyond our opening hours). Follow the emergency signs to the escape routes and the instructions of the staff members. Under no circumstances should you use the lift. The assembly point is located in front of the Hotel Dieschen.
FIREPLACE
The light instructions are located on the fireplace. We would be happy to answer your questions at the reception. A basket of firewood is available in the categories Deluxe, Penthouse and in the Chalets. For more firewood you can always come to the reception. Our guests in the Superior category can purchase firewood in the Mini Market for CHF 15 per bag.
FITNESS
The gym is located in the building Erina next to the swimming pool area. A towel to use during your workout is available on-site.

GASTRONOMIA
Our cuisine is inspired by local Grisons specialties, which we interpret in a simple and creative way. At our PRIVÀ Steiva and PRIVÀ Usteria restaurants, we offer fresh daily dishes made with local and seasonal products. In the Summer, you can enjoy the culinary delights on the spacious terrace at our village square.
The restaurant will be open again from June 20, 2024.

A gift voucher for a stay or dinner can be purchased at our reception or online.

In the off-season there is no supervision for the Kids Club. During the opening hours of the reception, you are welcome to use it as a play room under the parents supervision.

You can borrow a fondue pot, a raclette grill or table grill at the reception. It is possible to rent a small oven at the reception for a fee of CHF 25 to use during your stay.
LIBRARY
There is a selection of books in our Cheminée Lounge in the restaurant for you to borrow.

LUGGAGE
We are happy to store your luggage at the reception on the day of your departure.
If you have redirected your mail during your stay, you can pick it up at the reception. Postcards and stamps can be purchased in the Mini Market.

SMOKING

Our guests in the categories Deluxe, Penthouse and Chalet have a washing machine in the apartment. Guests in the Superior category can use the washing machines on the ground floor of the building Ignazia (free of charge).
WASTE / RECYCLING
Please help us to separate the waste. In the recycling station there are waste containers for glass, PET, batteries, cardboard, cans, paper and residual waste.
