Adapter
Adapters are available at the reception. A deposit of CHF 20.00 will be put on your apartment. Please return the adapter to the reception at check out and the deposit will be taken off your invoice.
Animals
Pets are allowed in certain chalet-apartments as well as in the restaurant, but not in the pool area. Our reception staff is happy to arrange a dog sitter for you if needed (a fee will apply). Please note that we do not recommend bringing pets to our Berghüttli due to the fire.
Baby products
At the reception you can borrow various baby articles such as a bathtub, thermometer, potty, changing pad, diaper bin, night light or a stroller. For more details please do not hesitate to contact our reception.
Babysitter
Do you need someone to look after your child for a few hours? Please contact the reception. Upon availability we can arrange a babysitter for you (a fee will apply). You are welcome to use our Kids Club.
Bank
Graubündner Kantonalbank (GKB) and Raiffeisen Bank are right in Lenzerheide. Both of them are located on the main street, Voa Principala.
Bath towel
You can use the striped or the grey bath towels in your apartment for the infrared sauna or when visiting the swimming pool. Towels for the gym are located on-site.
Bathrobe
In the Penthouse category and in the chalets, the use of bathrobes is included. In the Superior an d Deluxe categories, bathrobes can be borrowed from reception for a fee of CHF 25.00 for adults and CHF 12.50 for children.
Bicycle Station
Our bicycle station is available in our underground parking garage. You are welcome to park your bicycle there. Please be sure to lock it at all time
Bread service
You can order your desired baked goods here in the Guest App by 3:30 p.m. the day before and pick them up at our front desk starting at 08:00 a.m. the next morning. You’ll find additional ingredients for a hearty breakfast in our mini-market at the reception.

The nearest stop from the Postauto is Rothorn Talstation or Lenzerheide Post. Shedule SBB
Departure
The check out time on your departure day is 10:00 a.m. We kindly ask you to put the used dishes in the dishwasher and bring your garbage to the recycling station.

Fire
In case of fire please inform us immediately, using the SOS button on your phone (also beyond our opening hours). Follow the emergency signs to the escape routes and the instructions of the staff members. Under no circumstances should you use the lift. The assembly point is located in front of the Hotel Dieschen.
Fireplace
The lighting instructions are located on the fireplace and here. We would be happy to answer your questions at the reception. A basket of firewood is available in the categories Deluxe, Penthouse and in the Chalets. For more firewood you can always come to the reception. Our guests in the Superior category can purchase firewood in the Mini Market for CHF 15 per bag.
Fitness
The gym is located in the building Erina next to the swimming pool area. A towel to use during your workout is available on-site.

At the reception desk, you can borrow various games for a deposit of CHF 20.00 per game.

Fun and excitement are the order of the day here in both summer and winter, because there are no limits to the imagination at the PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge.
And when our Bollo – who, incidentally, lives nearby in his forest hut – comes to visit us, all hell breaks loose!
Kitchenware
A fondue pot, a raclette grill or a table-top grill can be hired from our reception for CHF 15.00. Please return the equipment clean the following day.
An oven is already provided in the kitchens of our penthouse apartments and chalet houses. In the Deluxe and Superior apartments, it can be reserved at reception if required for a one-off fee of CHF 25.00. Otherwise, only a microwave with a grill function is available in the kitchen in these categories.
Library
There is a selection of books in our Cheminée Lounge in the restaurant for you to borrow.
Lift tickets
We will gladly provide you with lift tickets at the reception.

You have found or lost something? Please contact the reception.
Luggage
We are happy to store your luggage at the reception on the day of your arrival as well as departure.
If you have redirected your mail during your stay, you can pick it up at the reception. Postcards and stamps can be purchased in the Mini Market.

You can pay with Swiss Francs and Euro at our reception. We also accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. Please notice that it is not possible to pay cash with Euro in our restaurant and Mini Market.
Pit Pat
We are delighted to present the first Pit-Pat facility in the canton of Graubünden right in our resort!
All our guests are welcome to enjoy this fun game free of charge. The clubs can be hired at the reception.

Room temperature:
The basic temperature in our apartments and chalets is 22°C. You are welcome to adjust the room temperature in your apartment by yourself to a limited extent using the thermostat.
If the room temperature is not to your liking or if you wish to change it, you are welcome to contact reception. We will adjust the temperature accordingly.
Please note that the radiators in the bathrooms only get slightly warm, as they are connected to the floor heating.
Safe
You can leave valuables in the hotel safe at the reception.
Sauna
Our Chalet Apartments of the categories Deluxe, Penthouse and Chalet feature an infrared sauna. Sauna towels and operating instructions are available in the sauna. You can also find the operating instructions here.
Ski storage room
A lockable ski storage room with ski boot heater is available on the ground floor of each building.
Swimming pool
Opened daily from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Smoking
All our apartments and indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Please use the ashtrays if you smoke outdoors.
Sports shop
Our sports shop provides modern equipment in the best quality and professional advice. For your active holiday you can either rent or buy the perfect bike or ski equipment.

Taxi
Our reception team would be happy to arrange a taxi or transfer for you.
Tourism tax
The visitor's tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately.
It amounts to CHF 4.50 per night and per adult (aged 16 and over).
Umbrellas
Umbrellas can be borrowed free of charge from reception or bought for CHF 19.00 in the Mini Market.
Washing machine
Our guests in the categories Deluxe, Penthouse and Chalet have a washing machine in the apartment. Guests in the Superior category can use the washing machines on the basement floor of the building Ignazia (free of charge). There are also irons and ironing boards available free of charge in the laundry room.
Waste / Recycling
Please help us to separate the waste. In the recycling station there are waste containers for glass, PET, batteries, cardboard, cans, paper and residual waste.
