On the lush alpine meadow we deepen our views and get to know plants from the region.
We make our unique wild herb pesto from around 10 different plant species, such as ribwort, yarrow, good Henry, lady's mantle and silver mantle. We take our finished jar home and enjoy it as a spread, with jacket potatoes or pasta.
